Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what may not be created, uploaded, or distributed through Imaginify. It applies to prompts, reference files, generated results, edits, and any other use of our services.
AI Models and Independent Brand
Imaginify is an independent product and is not an official application of any model provider. Imaginify uses Google Gemini image models (marketed in our interface as Nano Banana) and OpenAI GPT Image. Available model versions may change as the service evolves, and the model shown in the product interface is the model selected for that generation.
Prohibited Content
You must not use Imaginify to create, upload, edit, request, or distribute:
- Sexual or NSFW content, including explicit nudity, pornography, or sexual services.
- Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, glorification of violence, or instructions that facilitate physical harm.
- Hate speech or extremist content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes violence against protected groups.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other child-unsafe content, including sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to evade child-safety controls.
- Deepfake or impersonation abuse, including deceptive depictions of real people, celebrities, or political figures intended to mislead, defraud, harass, or damage reputation.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized reproduction of protected characters, brands, logos, artwork, or other intellectual property.
We also prohibit illegal activity, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, self-harm encouragement, weapons or drug trafficking, malware, attempts to bypass safety systems, and content that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
Platform Safety Controls
Imaginify uses platform-side controls in addition to safety controls supplied by model providers:
- Text prompts are screened before generation, first against the platform-maintained prompt blocklist and then, when moderation is enabled, with Sightengine.
- Uploaded reference images are checked before they enter supported generation and editing workflows.
- Generated image output is checked before it is displayed or added to the user's assets.
- Model-provider safety filters remain active and may reject a request or result.
- Moderation decisions and provider request IDs are retained in the associated task audit log.
- Suspected violations may be manually reviewed after a user appeal or administrator sample review.
Safety systems are imperfect. A result passing an automated check does not make it lawful or permitted under this AUP.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, frequency, and legal obligations, Imaginify may reject a request, remove content, restore or withhold credits, clear promotional or remaining credits, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, or report conduct to payment partners or competent authorities.
Reporting and Review
Report suspected violations to support@imaginify.app with the relevant URL or task ID, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence. Do not attach illegal material; provide a safe reference instead.
We acknowledge reports, assess automated and contextual evidence, restrict content when necessary, and document the resolution. Account holders who believe an action was incorrect may appeal through the same email address with the affected task or account details.
Changes
We may update this AUP as laws, model capabilities, and safety practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
