User Accounts and Registration

Credit System and Billing

1. Free Credits

   • New users receive 5 free credits upon registration to explore Imaginify's capabilities
   • Free credits cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash

2. Credit Consumption

   • Nano Banana: 1 credit per image (optimized for speed and efficiency)
   • Nano Banana Pro (1K/2K resolution): 3 credits per image
   • Nano Banana Pro (4K resolution): 5 credits per image
   • Credits are consumed upon successful image generation

3. Purchases and Payments

   • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
   • Prices are subject to change with advance notice to users
   • You agree to pay all charges associated with your credit purchases
   • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
   • Failed image generations may result in credit refunds at our discretion

4. Billing Information

   • You must provide accurate billing and payment information
   • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchased credits

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

1. Imaginify Platform

   • The Imaginify name, logo, and brand elements are protected trademarks

2. AI-Generated Images

   • You own all images you generate through Imaginify
   • You retain full commercial use rights to your generated images

   • No attribution to Imaginify is required, though appreciated

3. User-Provided Content

   • You retain ownership of prompts, reference images, and other content you upload
   • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing our services
   • You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use your content

4. License to Use Platform

   • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Imaginify for its intended purpose
   • This license does not include rights to reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform

Prohibited Activities and Content

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Illegal or Harmful Content

   • Creating content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
   • Producing defamatory, harassing, or abusive imagery
   • Generating explicit adult content or child sexual abuse material (strictly prohibited)

2. Platform Abuse

   • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
   • Automated or excessive API usage that degrades service performance
   • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or abuse free credits
   • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
   • Using the service to compete with Imaginify or create a similar service

3. Unauthorized Activities

   • Sharing your account credentials or selling access to your account
   • Bypassing any security features, rate limits, or access controls
   • Scraping, data mining, or unauthorized data extraction
   • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

4. Google Search Integration Abuse

   • Attempting to manipulate or abuse the Google Search integration feature
   • Using the integration for purposes other than image generation improvement

Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, credit forfeiture, and potential legal action.
